I seriously downsized my life in 2017 not only through reducing my possessions but by becoming more mindful of where I was choosing to spend my time. I soon discovered the benefits of saying "no" more, and really reconsidering what I was doing with my time. In this episode I share more about my minimalist lifestyle shift and discuss the benefits of minimising your time commitments, as well as how you can start to reap those benefits.
